I developed an interactive online training course for Special Olympics’ Unified Leadership program, which helps individuals shift from an inclusive mindset to inclusive behaviors. This course educates participants on effectively engaging with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to maximize their contributions in the workplace and community. Using Articulate Storyline, I designed an engaging, accessible learning experience that aligns with Special Olympics’ brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and impact.
